Code Enforcement is responsible for protecting the safety, health and welfare of the City of Dalworthington Gardens by enforcing code on illegal home occupations, outside storage violations, high weeds and grass complaints, junk vehicles on private property, dilapidated fences and illegal signs. Code Enforcement is also a vital part of the Building Inspection Department.  Code Enforcement Officers handle complaints of unsafe structures and dangerous buildings.  Compliance of the City Code can reduce vandalism, deter crime, maintain property values, and prevent deterioration of our neighborhoods.
