Professional Experience Summary

Mr. Perkins has had over 45 years of experience providing civil engineering and professional consulting services to municipalities and governmental entities. He was a Principal with Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. for over 24 years. He served as a Principal, Project Manager, and Client Development Manager responsible for the successful design and implementation of hundreds of municipal projects throughout the years. Mr. Perkins is specialized in the provision of municipal paving, drainage, erosion control, water and sewer replacement, water transmission main, relief sewer, lift station, sanitary sewer siphon, elevated and ground water storage tanks, and pump station design services, including three multi-million dollar ISTEA projects. He served in the capacity of City Engineer for the Town of Pantego, the City of Dalworthington Gardens, and the City of Blue Mound, and served the cities of DeSoto, Grand Prairie, Bedford, Hurst, Irving, Euless, Richland Hills, Addison, The Colony, Mansfield, and Carrollton on a regular basis.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Perkins served as a Project Manager with Knowlton- English-Flowers, Inc. Prior to joining Knowlton-English-Flowers, Mr. Perkins served as a Design Engineer for Delta Steel Buildings Company, an Instructor for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and as a Structural Engineer for the General Dynamics Stress Analysis Section.
